Join Carla Shellis for a powerful two-day studio event as she films her very first online course, Emotional Etiquette: The Freedom Formula Pt. One. This seven-step teaching, captured live in front of a large LED screen, is designed to release the pain of past traumas, quiet negative thoughts, and break cycles that keep you stuck.
Carla will guide you in restoring the relationships that matter most, setting healthy boundaries, and finding peace in the middle of chaos. Most importantly, you’ll walk away with the confidence to live passionately, rediscover your purpose, and step fully into the life you were created to live.
Over the course of two days, you’ll sit in on six hours of transformational teaching where Carla shares the very tools that changed her own life. These steps will help you reestablish important relationships, stop negative cycles of thought, find freedom from past traumas, set boundaries with confidence, and rediscover your purpose.
